I have been through most everything except the basement and garage at least once and have taken 19 carloads away. Still stuff to get rid of. Will purge the Christmas stuff when I decorate for Christmas. Whatever I no longer have room to display will be finding a new home.
Every time I walk through a room I find more stuff that can go, so I just put it in a box and when the box is full, stack it to go out to the little truck and when I have a load or even half a load I get rid of it. Have lots of stuff for the first spring rummage.
I need to destash. Went from 3 bedroom house with 2 car garage to a 2 bedroom apartment with no garage. Also ceilings in closets lower so less vertical storage as well, which might be a good idea fir s senior citizen 🤣. Need to destash a bunch of fabric, I hate to let it go, since we don’t have JoAnn fabrics surround it, and more I know where else to buy some of this type of fabric.
